This Ikat Patola carries it without effort: an all-over weave of geometric diamonds and florals in orange, ivory, coral, and teal, edged by a cobalt blue border stripe that cuts through the warmth like quiet authority. The cobalt blue border does its own work — lean into it with blue or teal jewellery tones, or balance with gold and pearl for a more classic finish. A champagne, gold, or ivory blouse keeps the magenta centred and lets the pattern breathe. Hair pinned back will let the full drape speak.

• Dry clean recommended to preserve the silk and weave integrity.
• Store in a breathable muslin cloth — avoid plastic covers.
• Keep away from direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent colour fading.
• Handle the tassel fringe with care; avoid friction against rough surfaces.
• Do not wring or machine wash. If hand washing is necessary, use cold water and a mild silk-safe detergent.
• Iron on a low setting on the reverse side with a cloth in between. Avoid direct contact with the iron on the patterned surface or tassels.
