Ice blue and gold is one of the most timeless combinations in the Banarasi tradition. A champagne, ivory, or light silver blouse keeps the blue clean and centred — as shown in the drape. Gold temple jewellery or a long layered gold necklace sits beautifully against the neckline. Hair left loose or lightly pinned. This saree does not need to be dressed up — it arrives that way.

• Dry clean only — Uppada silk and Banarasi zari work both require professional care to retain their texture and sheen.
• Store folded in a breathable muslin cloth. Do not use plastic covers — moisture can damage both the silk and the zari.
• Keep away from direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent fading of the ice blue ground.
• Handle the large gold zari motifs and pallu medallion with care — avoid friction against rough surfaces or sharp jewellery edges.
• Do not iron directly on the zari work. If required, iron on a low setting on the reverse side with a soft pressing cloth.
• Store gold tassels carefully, wrapped in tissue, to prevent tangling or fraying.
